Last month, I attended the AMERICAN LATINO INFLUENCER AWARDS Presented by the Friends of the American Latino Museum. This elegant event was hosted at the historic St. Anthony Hotel in downtown San Antonio.
The 2015 honorees included:
The Castro Family (Rosie, Joaquin, and Julian) – Legacy Honorees
Former Texas Secretary of State, Hope Andrade – Public Service Honoree
Sosa, Bromley, Aguilar & Associates (Lionel Sosa, Ernest Bromely, and Al Aguilar) – Corporate Pioneer Honorees
The Network for Young Artists (Terry “Coach” Lowry) – Arts and Culture Honoree
While it was an honor to watch these leaders be honored for their work, it was Isabel Sanchez, the 12 year-old powerhouse singer, who stole the show with her amazing voice! Watch below (Updated: a longer YouTube video is now up posted. You can see at the bottom of this post.).
