I’m totally guilty of indulging in the pan dulce, tacos, pizza and cheeseburgers. Those are just a few of my favorite foods to eat. None of them are great for me if that’s all I have on a regular basis. Because diabetes runs in my family, I know I have to make changes in my diet if I don’t want my health to be at risk. But like so many other people giving up all my favorite foods is just overwhelming. So, small steps and small changes is what I can do to start making the right changes.
