One of my Mother’s Day wishes is homecooked Mexican food that neither my mom, my Mamo nor I have to cook (believe me the former are better). This year, my wish will come true thanks to Cocina Heritage Catering and their Mother’s Day Brunch. Yes, there are many brunches on Mother’s Day but this one isn’t in a crowded restaurant.
My family and I will be present to celebrate the grand opening of Cocina Heritage Catering with a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12th, 2013 for an introduction to Mexican regional cuisine prepared with their family’s recipes by their Home Cook, Lupita Rivero.

The event will take place at San Antonio’s premier incubator kitchen BAKE, BROIL AND BREW 1508 Guadalupe St. San Antonio, TX 78207 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests will be treated to a brunch served as they would at their home. You can purchase tickets to this brunch here.

Lupita and Silvia have delighted family and friends at family events with their hospitality and delicious food prepared with their family’s recipes. Due to the positive feedback, Silvia encouraged her sister to start her own company. Lupita accepted the challenge with the condition that Silvia would join her.
