“I love to laugh until it hurts.”
That is how I like describe myself. I like to surround myself with funny people because I like to laugh. And they usually like me because I laugh at pretty much everything they say. (sometimes even they are not trying to be funny. oops.) Last week I had the pleasure of meeting San Antonio’s local funny man Cleto Rodriguez on the set of San Antonio Living. (post on that coming up) I was excited to hear that he is bringing clean, family-friendly comedy of the highest caliber to Laugh Out Loud Comedy San Antonio.
“Clean comedy is a bit of a rarity. That is why we are very excited to bring some of the best talent from all over the U.S. and Canada to perform for us right here in San Antonio during the Cleto Rodriguez Clean Comedy Fiesta,” said festival Producer Rodriguez. “The comedy fiesta will showcase a creative variety of comedians from standup to improvisational to a magician. It will be entertaining and it will be clean.”
Rodriguez is bringing some of his close friends in for the special occasion including talent showcased on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Late Show with David Letteman,” “Chelsea Lately,” and various TV sitcoms. The event started on August 29 and will run through September 2.
