Thirty women showed up to CycleBar Stone Oak for a VIP indoor cycling class that I hosted as part of a sponsored collaboration with CycleBar Stone Oak. We showed up to challenge ourselves in a new way!

According to WebMD, indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you’ll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins. Changing up my workouts is a must for me to stay on track. My indoor cycling workout was tough but so energetic! I was sweaty and exhausted and my legs felt the good pain the next day. I can’t wait to go back!

Honestly, I want to go back because even though I was the hostess, I finished last in the class. womp, womp So, I have a lot of room for improvement to say the least. Being able to see my stats is exactly the kind of motivation that I need to challenge myself. Along with state-of-the-art audio, video, and lighting technology, CycleTheatres house large flat screen TVs and personal data monitors to help can track your progress.

If you’ve never tried indoor cycling, CycleBar will take great care of you. The team made everyone feel welcome and the instructor felt us tired but very motivated! In addition, CycleBar provides free shoes and a complimentary water bottle and snack for your ride. Lockers, robes, hair ties, and wet clothing bags are just a few of the additional amenities they offer.
